PAYMENTS
We use PayPal for our payments on our website, therefore a PayPal account is required in order to process your order.  Paypal protects both us and you against any unforeseeable issues and allows your order to be insured.  

PLEASE NOTE: Your order will be posted within 7-10 business days of funds being received.  

No PayPal? Send us a message via the 'Contact' button - we also accept payments via credit card or bank transfer and can easily send you an invoice.  

SHIPPING

We use Australia Post to send your dribble bibs and post them as a Registered letter, which will require a signature on delivery. Transit times are as stated on the Australia Post website and are dependent on location.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING CHARGES

1 - 2 BIBS = $5.90

3 - 4 BIBS Please select 'UPGRADED POST' from our shop in addition to the regular shipping charge

5 OR MORE BIBS Please select 'SATCHEL OPTION' from our shop in addition to the regular shipping charge. Please select 'REGISTERED POST' from the shop in addition to the regular shipping charge AND the SATCHEL UPGRADE option, if you want your satchel to have a signature on delivery.

EXPRESS POST Please select 'EXPRESS POST UPGRADE' from the shop in addition to the regular shipping charge  

NOTE: IF THE CORRECT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE NOT SELECTED, YOU WILL BE INVOICED FOR THE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED BY CHARLEY AND OLLIE. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES For our customers in New Zealand, Canada, France, United Kingdom and United States, please select your country and the relevant shipping option from our shop.

Orders are shipped as a regular International UNTRACKED Letter.  If you wish to have tracking OR order more than 1 bib, please select an additional option from our 'INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE UPGRADES'.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your bibs and we will work with you to find a speedy solution.
